☆ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners with credit back to me and may be printed for personal use; but may not be used for profit. My art is not to be used as/for crypto/nft nor AI; you may not train AI on it nor run it through AI programs.
★ I am not offering commercial licensing at this time. I retain all rights to my artwork, including but not limited to posting to my socialmedia* and displaying in my portfolio. If found to be in violation of these terms you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
☆ I accept for Safe for Work and Not Safe for Work commissions. There are very few things on my hard no list, if you're unsure feel free to ask!
★ For NSFW and/or "Ship" art I will not draw characters who are under the age of 18 no exceptions.
☆ I will not begin working on your piece until payment is received. Once payment is confirmed you will be notified when I start your piece. WIPs will be sent after completion of the Sketch and the Flat colours stages for your approval, at these points you can request minor adjustments or point out if I've missed anything. At the Flats stage depending on the amount of changes requested it may incur additional fees which would be discussed.
★ For Shaded pieces, any changes requested at the Final Approval will be subjected to additional fees, as it is much harder to implement them into the piece.
☆ Displayed prices are a baseline. Prices are per character. Style of finish also affects the price. Certain levels of complexity/detail may incur an additional charge to be discussed before invoicing. (Note: this is only relating to things like outfit details, posing multiple characters, scales etc. This is NOT referring to ethnic features.)
★ Before work has begun 100% refunds are available. Once work has started/the sketch has been approved I can only offer a 50% refund. If your piece has made it to (but has not completed) the flat colour stage I can only provide a 25% refund. I do not offer refunds once a piece has entered the rendering stage.
